    Director of the Company, has come to an end on October 29, 2024 and consequently, ceased to be the
    Independent Director of the Company with effect from end of the day on October 29, 2024.

    The Board of Directors and the Management of the Company place on record their deep appreciation
    for the contributions made by Ms. Lilian Jessie Paul during her association with the Company over the
    years.
