Here in above the part one hereto is interpreted as attorney
provider whereas the part two to be considered as power of
attorney holder. the owners of Gut No.11 Village R/o Bhadi
Tal: Vaijapur Dist: Aurangabad Adm 14 H 79 R to the extent
14 H 66 R described in Schedule written hereunder and due

to our ill health, and are settled in distinct addresses I/we
are unable to look after and take care of my share in the said
and pending cases towards the court of judicature hence I
/we intend to take my share in the said property and hence,
I am desirous of appointing an attorney on my behalf to do
the needful.
AND WHEREAS by this Power of Attorney, I/we the said
PART ONE, hereby NOMINATE, CONSTITUTE and APPOINT
SAID ATTORNY HOLDERS, , as my lawful attorney do the
acts, deeds and things enumerated hereinafter.
AND WHEREAS the property describe in the written
hereunder self-purchases property. However, the said
property is in dispute any impugn order will in violation of
our rights. However, due to my ill-health and distinct
residences am unable to undertake the necessary legal
actions for the same and hence I find it necessary to appoint
the lawful attorney named hereinabove.
NOW THEREFORE, THIS POWER OF ATTORNEY
WITNESS AS UNDER:
1. Lawful attorney shall collect all necessary information’s
about the property referred in the schedule and / or any
other property if found belonging to us and shall apply to the
concerned for the copies of documents as may be deemed
necessary by my Attorney.
2. To make application to concerned authorities for
incorporation of my names in the property card and other
Government Records and also ensure that our shares are
determined by legal means.
3. My attorney shall if required appear before the concerned
authorities and shall submit oral or written statements on
our behalf as well as make affidavits for the said purpose.
4. To initiate legal action against my other claimants who have
been acting to misappropriate my shares and for that
purpose initiate and file suites and defend the suits, appeals
memo, cross objection, revision and other such proceedings
including signing and filling affidavits before the Court of
law.
5. The sign and appear on my behalf in Criminal complaints to
be filed before and criminal Courts as well as before

concerned police officers, and to file appearance, reply,
affidavit, applications, etc., as may be necessary to be filed in
the proceedings.
6. The sign the Vakaltnama, appoint Lawyer, Advocate,
Solicitor or such other person, who can plead in the said
matter on my behalf and in my names and to file the same in
the concerned Courts or in any Apex Court as the case may
be and also incur all necessary expenses including payments
to lawyers.
7. To appear before the Hon’ble Civil, Criminal, Revenue Court,
to give evidence in writing or oral, to file documents, as may
be necessary and to withdraw the same from the Court, to
depose on oath on our behalf and lead the oral evidence in
any matter and to do all other required acts, deeds, thing
and matters in connection with the said civil, criminal and
revenue matters.
8. To settle, compromise the complaint with the Accused, to
settle the civil dispute, to negotiate for settlement and to sign
the Deed of Compromise or Settlement and admit the
contents thereof and file the same before Hon’ble Court and
admit the compromise before the Court.

9. To prefer revision, appeal, review, writ petition, special leave
petition or any other proceeding against the orders that may
be passed against us in any of the proceedings, in the Higher
Court and to do all the necessary things, matters and deeds
to that effect.
10. To deposit the money in the Court, to withdraw the
money deposited in the Court, to file the necessary
application for the same. To sign on the same application
and to accept the amount from the Court employee and also
to receive summons / notice the Court in any matter and
give acknowledgment for the same.
15. To make statements, affidavits and any other documents
that may be necessary for payment of taxes either to the
Government of Semi-Government, as may be required by the
