When manifesting a new reality, it’s most powerful to focus on how you want to feel
rather than simply thinking of a certain outcome or circumstance. Think about
something you want to manifest, and ask yourself how it would make you feel to
have/experience it? Write these feelings below:

The story we tell about ourselves is extremely powerful, especially those thoughts
we believe about our story on a daily, consistent basis. Most people have a negative
story that plays in their mind that says life is hard, nothing good ever happens to me,
it’s difficult to make money, etc. Whatever your current reality, it is the result of the
story you have been telling. Think about what it is you want to manifest: what would
be your story if that dream were a reality? How would you see yourself? The world?
What would be your story? Write it below and start telling this new story:

Nightly Visualization Process

Visualize what it is you want to manifest. See it as a current reality, rather than in
some distant future. Feel the feelings of having it now and let them wash over
you.

Think of 5-10 things that you’re grateful for, no matter how small. Feel how truly
lucky you are.

Let it go, trust that the Universe is now rearranging the energy to bring your
dream to you, and delight in it’s daily unfolding.
