Job Description:
Responsible for the management direction and control of all functional departments.
Responsible for complete administration and maintenance , also liaise and coordination
with external agencies. Overall control of entire recruitment process for Head office ,
Housekeeping Management, Security,Canteen Travel Management, Vehicle management,
Office Automations , maintenance of plant and machinary and daily/monthly
payments .Keep track on Timely payments of various venders/suppliers . Managing the
time office- Attendance & Leave Management. Monitors and tracks grievances and
escalates appropriately as per process. Conducts retention meetings and exit interviews.
Job Responsibilities
Direct and control all factory staff to ensure that they are properly motivated, trained and
developed, and carry out their responsibilities to the required standards and in accordance
with health, safety and hygiene standards.
Responsible for maintenance of the various machinery , DG Sets , Boilers and complete
building maintenance .
Conducts retention meetings and exit interviews, handholds juniors when required, and is
