    - check the pump - open the suction valve
    - check the lubrication system - start the prime mover if avaliable..
    - check the cooling system - check the critical parts
    - check the supporting - if there is atrouble occur, lower the
    system rpm or stop the pump, then recheck
    the pump.
    • During operation • Stop the pump
    - check the condition - close discharge valve
    - check the lube and - stop the prime mover,
    lubrication system - close suction valve
    - check the cooler and the - close the lubrication and
    cooling system cooler duct
    - check the vibration - open the drain valve
    - check the bolts
    - clean up the area

    - the temperature is not more - check the bearings
    than 30 C temperature
    - suction and discharge - check the alignment
    pressure should be readed
    - leakage from packing
    - electrical current
    - oil lubrication level
    • 3-month inspection • 6-month inspection
    - check the oil lubrication - check the packing leakage
    by colour indication - control the packing
    - clean up the house penetrant tool
    bearing - check the alignment or
    - the oil exchanges must be tighten the bolts at the
    at the time base plate
    • Yearly inspection
    - check the corrosion at the pump parts that moves
    - check the corrosion or thickness inside the pump casing
    - check the valves (check valve or foot valve)
    - check the alignment when the pump has diassemblied
    - check the isolation of the prime motor
