Directions: The checklist below contains a list of competencies covered in module 1. For each
competency, there are four possible levels of mastery. You will use this matrix to rate your level of
mastery of each competency after you have completed module 1 (POST). For each competency,
tick the item which best describes your level of mastery after studying the module.
