Bulldog Club Donations for Hospitality - Updates for 2024-25

Donations made to the Bulldog Club or any Butler Athletics team made between January 1st - December 31st of 2024 will count towards hospitality access during the 2024-25 Butler academic year.

Football - Fall 2024
The Bulldog Club Terrace Tent, located just south of the press box, is the official hospitality location for football donors and all Bulldog Club members. With a minimum gift of $750, you and your guests can access this VIP area starting 60 minutes before kick-off and during the game. The space overlooks the playing field, so you won't miss a second of the action! Pepsi products, popcorn, and snacks are complimentary and a cash bar is available. Drink service ends at the beginning of the 4th quarter.

Eligibility & Access Information

• $750+ annual gift to Athletics required for access.
• Proper identification must be shown at the point of alcohol purchase or at any time, if requested by event security. There is a limit of two beverages per purchase.
• Recruits and their parents, as well as parents of current players, are not allowed into the Terrace Tent unless they are a Bulldog Club member at the $750 level and above.

The Sellick Room will be available for donors at the $5,000 level and above. This benefit includes complimentary beer, wine and Pepsi products, as well as complimentary food. Along with two flat-screen TVs, members will also have exclusive access to the rooftop of the press box to view the game. All food and bar service is provided by Bon Appetit. Hospitality opens 60 minutes prior to kick-off and remains open throughout the game. 
 
Soccer - Fall 2024
Sellick Room will be available for a select Men's and Women's 2024 home game (dates and times TBD) for those at the $750 level and above.  Hospitality opens 60 minutes prior to kick-off and remains open throughout the game.

Men's Basketball Hospitality: 2024-25 Season
The Bulldog Club offers hospitality opportunities throughout the men's basketball season as a benefit to athletic donors. Game day hospitality opportunities for the 2024-25 season are listed below.

WILDMAN ROOM
Must be a Bulldog Club member at one of the following levels:
$10,000 (2 season credentials)
$20,000 (4 season credentials)
$30,000 (6 season credentials)

The Wildman Room boasts many luxuries, such as seven flat-screen TV's, a widened bar, a coat closet, updated furnishings and restrooms. Additionally, all refreshments at the bar are complimentary, which includes an array of Pepsi products, draft beer, wine and mixed drinks. Bar service and Hors d'oeuvres are served by our catering partner, Bon Appetit, during the 90 minutes leading up to tip-off. One of Butler's assistant coaches will make a visit before each game and give a "pep talk" to those in the room. All food and beverages can enter and leave the Wildman Room.

EFROYMSON FAMILY GYM
Must be a Bulldog Club member at the $2,000 level and above AND a Butler Basketball Season Ticket Holder -- # of season tickets purchased at the time of seat selection = the # of admits per game (up to six tickets)

The Efroymson Family Gym (EFG) is a spacious location that is family friendly and a great place to meet up with fellow Bulldog fanatics before each home game. Members receive complimentary Pepsi products and snack items along with bars offering an array of beer, wine, and mixed drinks available for purchase. Additionally, our catering partner Bon Appetit will provide additional hot food options at every game for guests to purchase and enjoy. All food and beverages can enter and leave the hospitality area. Cash or credit card accepted.

*Select games will feature samples from local food and beverage vendors. Both hospitality areas open 90 minutes before tip-off.

Women's Basketball Hospitality: 2024-25 Season
Wildman Room will be available for all home games for those at the $750 level and above. Members receive complimentary Pepsi products and snack items along with offering an array of beer and wine. Hospitality opens 60 minutes before tip-off and again at halftime.
