Q: Where are my tickets I purchased online?
A: All tickets to home Butler Athletic events can be accessed via www.ButlerSports.com/BuyTickets
Q: I want to give a ticket to a friend, how to I do that?
A: Once you're signed into www.ButlerSports.com/BuyTickets, click on "Manage My Tickets", then select the event, on the next screen click on the Transfer icon, select the seat(s) you would like to transfer and click continue. You will be asked to enter the Name, email address, and a message (optional). The recipient of the ticket will immediately receive an email to Accept the ticket. They must have a smartphone to access the barcoded ticket on game day.
Q: Can I take a screenshot of my ticket and text it to a friend?
A: No. The barcode changes every 5-10 seconds. Sending a screenshot of a barcoded ticket is not a valid way of entry.
Q: What happens if my phone dies before I get to the game?
A: All ticket holders are responsible for properly utilizing their mobile tickets prior to entry. Printed tickets will not be available under any circumstances.
Q: Can I get a printed ticket to commemorate my game day experience?
A: No. Printed tickets will not be available.
