    1 Freeze or define location of Raw material with standared.

    2 Define strip size In cantrol plan as well as incoming standared .

    3 Share stamping sequence as per operation .

    4 OP 30 (3rd forming ), no poke yoke, chance of damage of tool .

    In OP40 (Restrike), chance to miss operation of Restrike need dead


    5 stoper in all operation.

    In OP30 operation, heavy burr and secraches, & also struck in a


    6 punch.
    7 Panel checker need to confirm with its tolerance. & modify it.

    8 In final assembly gauge, pins are missing (all 3 pins).

    Tata not giving RM in small lot while material 11 months back, So


    9 kindly check material once again with Third party, after that
    confirmation We will receiv the material .

    10 As per gauge part is ok, they will submit the insp. Report n=5.

    11 PPAP file is not completed. Make PPAP FILE BEFORE HVPT.

    12 ADD 5 pics of set up in control plan.

    13 ADD welding range of welding speed in control plan.

    supplier can meet all drawing dimensions now & mass production
    14 also (except flatness in 0.25).
    15 Welding strength & penetration to be added in drawing.
