Introduction:
“FAZAL DIN’S PHARMA PLUS”:
Fazal Din’s Pharma Plus was started in 1995 with the objective of opening up
pharmacies all over the Pakistan.It is the foremost pharma and allied retailing
company in Pakistan with a dominant position in human medicines,medical
equipment and also dispensing medicines, a leading position in its own quality
products.Company achieves this by adopting a broad view of markets, by seeking
new opportunities in the core categories than competitors, understanding their
evolving needs and focusing on constant delivery for quality branch through
innovation. Its entire pharma product range is always registered with the
Government of Pakistan and covered by a manufacturer’s warranty due to its
quality conscious nature.
According to its charter, it can open branches all over Pakistan, and its first
franchise network is in Gujranwala and Sialkot.

Hierarchy of work:
At the top there is a CEO “Mr.Muhammad Abdullah.Middle-level of management

included branch managers, they took all the responsibilities of the branchs.Mall
Road branch manager Mr.Akbar Ali Bhatti who hired staff members of this
branch.Check the staff performances and how to deal to the customers.
Scope of the project:
This project covers how to deal expiry medicines (Near Expiry list
preparation),Maintenance of control Drugs(Narcotics and Schedule D),and
warehouse SOP’s(Reporting Zero items Dispatched from warehouse.
Exclusions:
The project does not cover the procedure of Disciplinary action, Disclosure of
confidential information,Attendence,Education leaves,Professionalism,gifts and
presents, dress code, phone calls , price changes, Temperature range, SOPs
regarding stock receiving , Due and Return SOPs, Main responsibilities of
computer Inchange-1,2,3 , Procedure for availability of new products, stock return
policy, and Policy for advance to employees.
“ FAZAL DIN’S PHARMA PLUS
When I interview the manger, he explain the process of his medical store in case
one(1) Customer will select the mode of the action (with the help of doctor’s
description or verbally and sometime he shows the pictures of medicine in his cell
phone), whether he wants to buy a medicine or general store product. If he selects
mode as medicine than the flow of data process will be start i.e. first medicine can
enter into the medicine information into the database or can retrieve the
information from the database. If the medicine has to soled, than the sales process
will check the stock whether the requested medicine is available or not, this will be
done by checking the availability of the medicines and then stock process will
reply by giving the status of the available stock. If the requested medicine is
available then the client will pay the bill and the account process will generate the
customer bill for the purchased medicine.
If the medicine is purchased than, first the supplier’s information is retrieved from
the suppliers Database. After purchasing the bill amount of the purchased medicine
is paid by the account process and the stock Database is updated automatically
after the new medicines are purchased.
Sales Item: The medicines been purchased by the Fazal Din’s shop, the details are
recorded in the purchase item. Some of the details been recorded by the Fazal din’s
such as; Record number, agency name, item type, item number, entry date,
manufacturing date, expiry date, price per rate, quantity and total.
Customer Billing: The bill for the medicines been purchased, is issued to the
customer by the Fazal Din’s. The Customer bill contains the record number ,bill
number, purchase date, medicine type, name, price, quantity, manufacturing date,
expiry date and total.
Stock details: The stock details deals with the details of the agency as well as the
stock item such as agency name, item type, item name, manufacture date, expiry
date, price per rate, quantity.
