The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has launched Bulletins Live! Two which is part of EPA's Endangered Species Program. Bulletins specify pesticide use limitations areas (PULA) for the protection of threatened and endangered species and critical habitat. If directed to obtain a Bulletin on the pesticide label you must obtain a Bulletin and follow the pesticide use limitations.
The Pesticide Compliance Program provides guidance for drone pesticide application requirements and license types.
The PAB was re-established in the 2023 legislative session to advise the Agricultural Environmental Services (AES) Division of WSDA on the Division's plans, actions, and ongoing or emerging significant issues related to pesticides in Washington State. PAB meetings are open to the public and held in-person and virtually.
