    The evidence I can show


    that I can do this is
    Some of the many
    principles and art elements
    I learned about were
    contour lines, highlight,
    high and low contrast,
    value, tonal perspective,
    space, and texture. A lot of
    my work is inspired by
    beauty and makeup
    because that really
    interests me. My artwork
    represents my future and
    what I want to be when I
    grow up. Since a lot of it
    has to do with beauty, it
    represents that my future
    will consist of beauty.
    I had many annotations on
    all of my practice sketches
    and homework. I havent
    really created my own style
    yet, but I kind of focus a lot
    on feminine things. I find
    that using academic
    language to talk about my
    art is easier, and more
    effective to get my point
    across whatever it is. I
    have learned that when
    evaluating others work, it
    makes it easier to use
    academic language.
    I have used a variety of
    different materials for
    different projects and I can
    use they all easily. The
    human body sculpture I
    worked on was made out of
    yarn, which was different

    critiqued/evaluated a lot of
    different students artwork
    by giving them positive
    feedback on things done
    well, and feedback on
    things that can be
    improved.
    I learned about Leonardo
    DiVinci, Michelangelo,
    Donatello, Kiki Smith,
    Henry Moore, Eva Hesse,
    and Alexander Calder. My
    work says a lot about me
    and who I am, what my
    interests are, etc.
    Michelangelo, Leonardo
    DiVinvi, and Donatello all
    studied the human body,
    and I interpreted some of
    their skills into the group
    body sculpture I worked on
    in class.
