    The evidence I can show


    that I can do this is
    I used lots of texture,
    value, and many different
    materials in both projects. I
    got a lot of inspiration from
    the different artists we
    learned about in class. All
    of my art pieces have a
    meaning whether its
    personal or not.
    I annotated on all of my
    rough drafts and practice
    drawings for my projects. I
    worked mainly with styles I
    already knew about rather
    than create my own. I can
    use different academic
    language when talking
    about work to easily
    describe or understand a
    piece. I can critique other
    art pieces and use
    academic language to
    discuss what has been
    done well and what could
    be better. I can also
    determine what art pieces
    have been done by artists
    and the difference between
    similar pieces.
    I can work with many
    different materials and add
    my art skills to the
    materials to make the
    project work with my piece.
    For my installation piece, I
    used a few different

    I learned about many
    different artists and their
    work and work style. For
    my installations piece, I
    communicated the way I
    feel about my family
    through the use of art. I
    learned how important
    annotating is and have
    learned how it can have a
    positive effect on art
    sketching and how it really
    helps to point out things
    you like about your
    sketches and things you
    dont like so you can
    improve on them.
