One of the most accomplished quarterbacks in Morehead State history, Caudill came to MSU from Van Buren, Ind., and eventually earned the 2003 PFL South Division Offensive Player of the Year accolade.
Caudill was a two-time First-Team All-PFL selection (2002, 2003) and holds the record for the longest touchdown pass (98 yards) in program history.
His 2,979 passing yards in 2002 still ranks as the fifth best season in MSU history, while his 2,660 yards in 2003 is the 11th best.
Caudill ranks fifth in career passing yards (7,236) at MSU as well as sixth in completions (503) and attempts (901). His 212.8 yards per game for his career is the fourth best total in program history.
He helped lead head coach Matt Ballard's (a 2021-22 MSU Hall of Fame inductee) program to four straight winnings records and 29 wins over his four years. His career culminated in back-to-back PFL South Division titles in 2002 and 2003 when the Eagles went 9-3 and 8-3, respectively.
In addition, Caudill is one of just three Eagles in program history to earn three straight First-Team Academic All-Pioneer League honors. He was voted team MVP by his teammates in 2002 and 2003.
Caudill played professionally in the German Football League in 2004 for the Berlin Adler where he helped win the German Bowl and was awarded German Bowl MVP.
Caudill, who earned a bachelor's degree from MSU in 2004, resides in his hometown of Van Buren, Ind., with his partner Becky and three children, Zoey, Zaavan and Conway
He was also inducted into the Grant County (Ind.) Hall of Fame.
