Norm Pokley played basketball for Morehead State from 1960-63. He was a member of the 1960-61 team that advanced to the NCAA tournament and defeated Xavier before losing to Kentucky and Louisville.

Pokley earned All-Ohio Valley Conference as a senior, when he averaged 14 points and 12.5 rebounds per game. He led Morehead State in rebounding all three seasons, pulling down 300 plus in each campaign. He ranked second on MSU’s all-time rebounding list at the time of his induction.
