ポケモンGOは2016年にローンチされ、当時は世界中でブームとなった
位置ゲームそのものはそれ以前から存在したが、世間に広く認知された位置ゲームの第一号と言っていいだろう
位置ゲームとポケモン収集の相性の良さがヒットの原因、というのはよく説明される言葉である
ポケモンGOがどのような歴史を刻み、現状どのようになっているかおさらいしようと思う
7月22日に始まった
当初はひたずら歩いてポケモンを探し、ボールを投げてポケモンを捕まえるだけという、収集欲とお散歩を結び付けただけのゲームだった
実装されているポケモンは赤緑の第一世代のみ、ただし伝説幻は未実装
ジム戦という、地域の拠点に自分のポケモンを配置して自動で防衛し、攻略側がそのジム攻撃して陥落させるという仕組みは最初からあったが、これはポケモンの戦力よりも根気が重要な性質もあり、特別な面白みはなかった
当初はジムに置くのもジムを攻略するのも1時間かかるように根性仕様だった
課金要素はポケモンボックスの拡張、アイテム保有上限の拡張、あとは捕獲用のモンスターボールや、ポケモンの出現数を増やすおこう、きずぐすりなどを販売していた
ポケモン捕獲用のモンスターボールなどはポケストップと呼ばれる場所に行けば無料で獲得できるが、そのポケストップの一部は企業がスポンサーとなり、店舗の場所にポケストップを設置していた
スポンサーが位置ゲームにスポンサー料を支払い、お客が店舗に誘導される仕組みとなっており、これが新しい収益化モデルとして画期的だった
モンスターボール補充のためにマクドナルトに出入りした人も多かろうと思う
人を動かすことでお金を動かすという新時代のゲームの香りがあった
ポケモンジムに卵が湧き、そこから孵ったボスポケモンを数人がかりで倒すことでボスポケモンを獲得できる仕様だ
これにより伝説レイドがある場所に人が大量に集まる事態となった
車でポケ活してて人を轢く事件は当初からあったが、それ以外で社会に悪影響が出始めたのはこれ以降だと思う
レイドバトルに挑むにはパスが必要で、これは1日1枚配布なのだが、それ以上伝説ポケモンを集めたい人向けにパスを販売し始めた
1月からコミュニティデイという、特定のポケモンが大量発生するイベントが実装された
限定技が実装され、さらに色違いが馬鹿みたいにとれるイベントである
10月にはlet's GO ピカブイとの連携が始まり、ポケGOでとったポケモンをSwitchの本家に送る仕様も追加されることとなる
コミュニティデイが色違いの価値を暴落させたため、本家でもソードシールドから色違いの入手方法はどんどん緩和され、さらに別の価値の創出ということで色以外のエフェクトや2つ名という仕組みを本家は導入した
それまでは1人で集めるだけという自己満足の世界だったポケモンGOに交換機能が実装された
ポケモンGOは、同じ場所に湧いているポケモンは誰が捕まえても同じ個体値のため、個体値100%の個体が湧けば、そこにみんなが集まって複数アカウントで乱獲すれば強いポケモンがたくさん手に入る仕組みになっている
それを個体値を維持したまま交換できると、複数アカウントが大勝利になってしまう
これを防ぐために、交換したら個体値がシャッフルされる仕様となっている
が、その対策により、交換による個体値再抽選をたくさんこなすことで、強いポケモンを手に入れるチャンスが増えることとなった
よって、対策はされても、結局は交換の実装により複数アカウントが爆発的に増えることとなる
また、企業スポンサーのスポンサー料は来客数に応じて払う仕組みとなっているため、6アカウント持ちが店に行けば支払いは6倍となる
企業スポンサーが離れるきっかけとなったのはこの複数アカウント持ちが有利な仕組みのせいに他ならない
これによりポケモンの収集の先にある、ポケモンバトルというゴールが用意された
が、この対人戦はバグだらけでまともに動くことはなかった
忍耐強い人だけが取り組むこととなる
ポケモンGOが始まり3年目、そして本家最新のソードシールドが第8世代、ポケGOでの実装がすでに第4世代と、このペースの実装では早晩新ポケモンの実装でユーザーを戻す戦略が通用しないことは明らかだった
そこで、PvPで使えるバリエーションとしてシャドウポケモン、さらにコレクション要素としてのコスチュームポケモンを実装した
コスチュームポケモンは当初からイベントで実装されていたが、記念のピカチュウ程度であった
この年からいろんな種類のポケモンに色んなコスチュームをつけだした
これらは当然、本家には送れない
ポケモン原作のファンで、日々どんなポケモンとの出会いがあるか楽しみにしている者は、明らかに価値を見出していないものを前面に押し出してきたポケモンGOに不信感を持ち始める
ついに位置ゲームポケモンGOの終わりの始まり、リモートレイドパスの販売が始まった
位置ゲームのポケモンGOは伝説ポケモンのレイドまで出向き、そこで戦わなければならなかった
しかし、コロナの影響で、家に居ながらレイドに挑める禁断のリモートパスが実装された
これにより、こなせるレイド数が跳ね上がり、旬の伝説は個体値100%を引くまでやるもの、というのがガチ勢の当然の姿勢となった
ポケGOはポケモンを捕まえるゲームで、ポケモンには個体値がある以上、一番強い個体値100%のポケモンに出会うことを夢見て日々さ迷い歩くものだった
が、リモートレイドパスを使えば一歩も歩かず個体値の抽選ができる
レックウザのレイドならレックウザに出会えることは確定しているが、個体値は分からないというだけなので、ガチャという意識がない人もいるが、要は個体値ガチャなだけである
お客を店に誘導してくれるからスポンサー料払ってたのに、人が外に出なくなったらもう払えませんよ、ということ
これ以降にスポンサーになった企業は大体2年で撤退するようになる
みんなが欲しいのは100%個体であるが、リモパスのせいで100%は持ってて当たり前になった
歩かねばならないなら、試行数にどうしても限界があるため100%取れる人は限られていたが、リモパスがあるなら金さえつぎ込めばいくらでも可能
これによりポケGOはものすごい収益をあげることになるが、逆にこれが決定的にポケGOの寿命を縮めた
が、時すでに遅し
スポンサーも戻らず
そして実装済みポケモンの厳選は多くの人が終了済みという状況になった
要するに、この3年間で、みんなが欲しいポケモンというのがなくなったわけである
みんなが欲しいなと思えるポケモンがなくなったため、限定コスチューム、限定技、シャドウ、ライト、みたいなポケGO独自の限定要素をごりごり進めたいった
いや、正直興味ないしいらんねん…
そしてリモパスを制限する代わり、その独自路線のポケモン得るためにはイベント参加代の課金を要求するようになった
何かあれば1000円払ってねと言いだす
これまでのジムでのレイドとは別にダイマックスのジムが設定され、ここでは時間制限なくやられるまで戦うことができる
要はこれまで捕まえてきたポケモンは使えず、この仕組みで捕まえたポケモンしか出せないよ、という究極のリセットをやろうとしてきた
そしてダイマックスポケモンの最高峰はキョダイマックスポケモン
キョダイマックスのレイドはかなり難易度が高く、通常のレイドと異なりレイド開始時期が明示されず常時オープンである
なので、決まった時間にせーので人が集まることはない、つまり人が揃うまでずーっと待ってた人だけが挑める
また、難易度が高く時間制限がないということは一戦終わるまでの時間が長い
これ、総合すると繁華街で1時間くらい粘った人だけが勝てるという仕組みだった
というわけで、意気込んで大きな新仕様をぶっこんだ割に、ダイマックスは大こけにこけたわけだ
本家にある価値設定ならみんなが受け入れるのに、ポケGOが独自に決めた価値設定に付き合いたい人はそんなにいない
ポケGOはあくまでポケモン好きな人がお散歩ついでに気軽にガチャできるのが受けたゲームである
そこに独自の価値設定で課金煽りをどんどんやっても、客はもう踊らない
今までgoogle傘下の会社が運営していたため、位置情報の提供にも一応の信頼は置いていたけど、今度は中東に売るらしい
サ終の臭いがプンプンしだした

deep researchを使うと必ず一回はリサーチの方針を固めるための質問を聞き返してくるので、「具体的には～」の手前で区切って2回に分けて投稿した。この聞き返してくる質問（具体的に調べることの例示）によって「ああそういうのを調べるのもいいね」ってヒントになったりするので、自分で直接使うと使い勝手もちょっと変わるかもしれない。
シェアしたページからは見れないけど、どういうふうに調べていってるのか推論過程が表示されている。ChatGPTの言語設定によってその言語も変わるものの、それが結果に影響するのかは不明瞭だ（使っている印象ではただの飾りっぽくも見える）。仮に影響するとしたら、少なくともdeep research用のモデル（OpenAIはこれ専用のモデルがあると述べている）だと日本語の拙さが若干漏れ出ているので、言語設定は英語のままでいいや…という気持ちになった。

現状の生成AIは「（嘘を嘘と見抜ける人でないと）使うのが難しい」からだ。
数学の問題がどれだけ解けるか、というのはベンチマークとして使われているからで、実用的とは言い難い。
また、何が欲しいのかがよくわかっていないまま曖昧な内容を入れて、欲しい出力物が得られるほど、コーディング能力も高くはない。
話題沸騰中のDeep Researchも、何をどう調査したくてどんな限界があるのかわかり、かつ、それが正しいか確認できる人にしか使えない。
卒論指導の話題も、ある意味で「どうやってググればお目当てのソースコードが探せるか」だけに特化した学生が増えた、と類似の話題で現状の延長線上と言える。
（逆説的に、卒論レベルのコーディングで詰まる学生が出るということは、生成AIはまだ使い物になっていない、ということだ）
今の生成AI界隈で猛烈に進んでいることは、「アインシュタインにタイプライターを打たせるな」という状況だ。
アインシュタインの方がタイプライターを早く打てたとしても、秘書にタイピングさせた方が良い。
（絶好調なら）自分の方が絶対に上手くやれるが、まあ生成AIでもそこそこやるやないか、という人は今でも十分使えている。
その代わり、タイピングみたいに頭空っぽにしてやれていた息抜きの仕事がなくなって、常に自分にしかできないことを要求されるようになるわけだけど……
生成AIが使い物になり出してからが地獄だ。性能的には半年〜１年程度で到達すると思う。
そして、日本企業は予算のつかないポッと出のものに即応できるほど柔軟な裁量を持っていないので、導入が決定された次の半期からスタートになる。
（多くの日本企業の次の上半期に話題になり、下半期に検証が行われ、次の上半期に根回しが行われて、その次の下半期からスタート）
場合によっては、ソフトバンクのパッケージ導入、という形がとられても何ら不思議ではない。
そこで見られるのは、繰り返し繰り返し現場が苦渋を舐めさせられてきた、コンサルタントへの対応だ。
コンサルが有効に機能する現場を見た人もいると思うが、共通するのは「外部の権威を導入することで、スムーズに物事を運ぶ」ではなかっただろうか？
これ、「実現したいことは明確だけど社内政治でうまく行かねえからゴリ押ししたい」って、社内に主導者が居た場合で、コンサル主導ではなかったはずだ。
コンサル主導で迷走するのは、そもそも何をしたいのかも良くわかっていないし、何ができたらゴールなのかも定義できないからだ。
今後、何のビジョンも専門性もない数多くの管理職やゲートキーパーが、生成AIという専属コンサルタントを盲信するようになる。
現時点では「Grokはこう言っていた」とか「ChatGPTはこう言っている」という指摘の仕方をするのは馬鹿扱いされている。
情報が古いし、間違いもあるし、そもそも幻視（作話）するから適切な使い方ができない人にとっては使い物にならない。
でも、もう人類の大半よりは賢いし、コーディング能力も高く、辻褄を合わせるのも上手だ。
そして残念ながら日本企業の管理職は専門性が最も優れた人がなるわけではないので、管理職よりも専門性に優れて間違えない生成AIは生まれてしまう。
彼ら彼女らにとって、自分よりも賢く正しいことを言うのであれば、そこを区別するのは出力物の量だけになる。
今でも専門性を軽視し、人頭いくらでしか計算しない管理職は山ほどいる。
コンサルの意見を鵜呑みにし、まずはやってみようという軽い言葉で、大量の今後使わない仕事が生まれるのも良く見る光景だ。
それでもまだ現場が耐えられたのは、概ねコンサルもどブラックで、ゴリゴリ書類やらパワポやらを持ってくる超馬力を見ていたからだ。
あれだけクソミソに叩かれた電通が（叩かれる理由は同意できるし擁護はできないが）現場で一定の信頼が置かれるのは、彼らは絶対にケツを持ったからだ。
認めたくないが、そこには超人的な仕事量をこなすサラリーマンに対する畏敬の念があった。
それが、低コストかつ(人間に比べれば)即時回答する、コンサルタントが常に横につくようになるわけだ。
管理職は今後気軽に言い放つようになる。
「これ、生成AIが出してきたアイデアなんだけど、それぞれ資料ちゃんと作ってきてよ。Geminiにやらせればすぐでしょ。明日までね」
ある朝出勤前に、調査検索系の生成AIに「XX業界における現在のトレンドと、今後の展望、注力すべき事業分野についてまとめて」と指示を出す。
日経新聞では私の履歴書だけ読んで、職場についてコーヒーを淹れて自席に戻ったら、生成AIの結果に目を通して、事業分野の気になった点をピックアップする。
そして、部下にこう言えば良い。
「XXという事業分野が有望そうで、アイデア３つほど選んでおいたから、事業計画と取れそうな市場の規模、売上高と黒字化までのストーリー作ってきて」

人当たりが良くどんなに酒を飲んでも酔わず、あたかもすでに儲かっているかのように皮算用をしてみせる資金調達兼ビジョナリーと、
生成AIを始めとするあらゆる自動化ツールを使って事業を形にするワンマンアーミーとのタッグでのベンチャーが急増すると思う。
（実際には「バグだらけだけど一応動くプロトタイプ」を生成AIで作って資金調達に成功し、そこに群がるギークたちがAIが書いたコードを延々メンテ＆デバッグする光景だと思うが）
でも、既存の日本企業はそんなに組織体系を大きく変えない（変えられない）ので、それを実施するのは部下になるのだ。
日本企業では不思議なことに、資料作成者が資料に対して責任を負う。
その資料を採用した人も、その資料を採用して方針を決めた人も、その資料を採用して決めた方針にGOを出した人も、責任を問われることはない。
だから、生成AIが作成した資料を取りまとめて上司に提出する人間が、常に最終的な責任を負う。そう、キミやワタシだ。
いやいや、俺らだって業受とか派遣とかに資料作ってもらったりするじゃん。そうだね。
でも彼らの責任を問うても無駄だ。だって俺たちが率先して切ったりするじゃん。今更責任だけ負えとは言えない。
